Fig, Date and Walnut Protein Balls
Enjoy these Fig, Date, and Walnut Protein Balls immediately or store them in the refrigerator for up to one week for an easy make-ahead snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 150g dried figs, roughly chopped
  • 200g walnuts
  • 50ml macadamia oil
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 8 dates, pitted
  • ½ cup natural protein powder
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut, toasted

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients (except coconut) using the Kneading/Crushing Knife on Manual setting for 2 mins at speed 12. Scrape down the sides and blend for a further 8 minutes (scraping down the sides every 2 mins).
  2. Take your paste and place into the fridge to cool for 1 hour.
  3. Once cool, roll into 20g balls and toss through coconut.
