Make-Ahead Ice Tray Pancakes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Serves: 6-8

    Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • ½ tsp bicarb
    • ½ tsp vanilla

    Method

    1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour them into an ice tray. Freeze until needed
    2. When ready to cook, turn out a frozen block of pancake mix into a lightly greased Pizza Tray from the Tefal Air Fryer Accessories Collection
    3. Bake at 180 ̊C for 8 minutes
    4. Serve with whipped cream and maple syrup. Top with diced berries
