1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp tomato paste
1 x 400 grams canned crushed tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
½ can corn

Using your Cook4Me+ select “Manual”, then “Classic Cooking” then “Browning”. Wait for the bowl to heat up and pour in the olive oil. Add the garlic and onion and stir until sautéed and translucent. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes, spices, beans and corn and mix through.
Now select “Manual” and “Pressure Cooking” and set time to 5 minutes.
Once the Cook4Me+ has automatically released the pressure, open lid and leave to cool a little bit in the appliance. Ladle into bowls and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
